Proef Zeeland is at the mouth of the Oosterschelde, by the storm surge barrier, next to the production hall of a mussel farm. You eat fish and mussels here, good and simple. The offer includes fresh North Sea fish, lobster, salads, tapas, sea vegetables, fresh fries and mussel dishes, and there are tastings using only Zeeland ingredients. Handy for lunch after a visit to Neeltje Jans.
