Jansje, officially Bij Jans aan Zee, sits in the middle of the Oosterschelde storm surge barrier near Neeltje Jans. It is the place for a portion of delicious kibbeling (battered fish bites), a bread roll or snacks from the fryer, followed by apple pie or coffee. From the terrace you look out over the sluice outlet and the sea.
